Rates


Our Regular rates are as follows*:

  • Service Call: is charged at a flat rate of $69 per visit, within GTA borders [postal codes L3P-T; L4B-L, S-Z; L5A-W; L6A-M, R-Z; L7A]
  • Deferred Appointments: submitted 48 hours or more in advance are charged at $89 per hour. May be rescheduled due to Sameday or Direct Appointments
  • Next day Appointments: are surcharged a premium of twenty-five [25] percent
  • Sameday, Weekend & After-Hours Appointments: are surcharged a premium of thirty-five [35] percent
  • Direct Appointments, Civic & Statutory Holiday Calls: are surcharged a premium of fifty [50] percent
  • Server Support & Services: Will be charged at a rate of minimum $120 per hour
  • Remote Support: Remote services will be charged at a rate of $75 per half hour (with half hour increments)
  • Shop Labour: for some services provided in Unique IT Solutions’ facilities a labour rate of $70 per hour is assessed
  • Travel Charges: excess distance traveled outside the GTA borders [see Service Call above] is charged at $0.82 per km [based on return trip]
  • Courier Charges: For the pick up or delivery of a CPU, a $39 charge will be assessed
  • Restocking charges: Where allowed, restocking charges of 20% are assessed for  returned products

*Rates vary depending on the qualifications and designations required of Technicians and are rounded to the nearest dollar. Does not include out of pocket expenses such as, among other things, required metered parking and requested Toll road use. Taxes extra. Subject to technician availability.
